Returns Within 30 Days
We offer a 30-day window for returns. You have up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Conditions for Returning Items
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom orders).
- Bags with visible damage, wear, or missing accessories.
- Home and Décor items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
- Women's Watches with scratches, missing parts, or non-original packaging.
- Kitchen Accessories that are used, damaged, or missing parts.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Begin a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

No Restocking Fees
We are happy to inform you that there are no restocking fees for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch with us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom orders).
- Handbags with visible damage or wear.
For specific inquiries about handbags or other items, feel free to contact us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanging Items
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item you’d like.
14-Day Return Period for EU Customers
For customers in the European Union, a 14-day “cooling-off” period applies. During this time, you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The returned item must meet the same conditions outlined in our standard return policy.
Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
